I worked in the village and I went into the salon for some shampoo. While I was looking at there bubmle& bumble selection I was approached by the hair stylist who said my hair was so orange. My color was bad, I'll give her that. So thinking since she approached me saying she could definitely fix it for me I made an appt with her. I have really thick, long hair. And I like it that way...I brought her pictures of Reese Witherspoon and when she pulled the towel off my hair my hair was basically a contrast of black and white! I was mortified!! I had already been in her chair for 4 hours and I started to cry. I looked so horrible. I was fed up so I wanted to get out of there. The owner of the salon was very rude to me saying this is what I asked for. (Reese witherspoons hair is BLONDE!!!!!) They weren't going to do anything for me. luckily the stylist gave her next client to someone else and she had to strip my hair which ruined it. I had to cut 5 inches off : ( I will never EVER go there again. Oh and I almost forgot to mention it was almost $300.
