Exceptional service

I am not local and called Melrose Florist to send a bouquet to my sister at UW Medical Center. I didn't realize that she could not have flowers, but Melrose Florist worked with me to put together silk flowers...

good, but not favorite

Melrose is a flower shop in the U District in Seattle, and they do have good flowers, but I guess they don't seem as colorful to me as some of the places like down around Pike Place Market. It doesn't feel...
